When do you ship?
- We ship 4 times a month.
- Every week we ship your orders in batches.
- Your order ships approximately 10 business days after your purchase.
- This allows us to do massive ship dates and gather the best items at the best prices. Shipping dates subject to change without notice.
Can I cancel/change/skip my order?
- Yes! We have created an entire system to make this easier.
Just log into your account and you can make changes! If you need help, please email us!
- Change: Adjust your size or preference.
- Skip: You can skip a specific month, we won't charge or send you a Tuner Crate.
- Cancel: We would hate to see you go but we understand, you can cancel, email us or log into your account and access your personal dashboard. You may cancel after your second billing date. Any issues, just email us!
Does Tuner Crate ship internationally?
- Yes! We ship anywhere in the world with a valid address.
When do I get charged?
- After you initial subscription, your card on file will be charged on:
- Most Old members will be charged on the 1st, 5th or 20th of every month.
- New members after Nov 1, 2016 will be charged on the day they signed up.
How do I track my shipping?
- You can log into your account to track your order.
- We also send you emails regarding your tracking number and status.
What do you do with the information you collect?
- Tuner Crate will only collect and use your personal information in order to make Tuner Crate better, faster, and more convenient for you. We will never disclose your personal information without your explicit consent.
What is your return policy?
- Each order is individually produced and manufactured. Which means, we do not hold inventory. There are no returns or exchanges unless it was an error on our part, we are more than happy to correct our mistake free of charge.
